Kris has spent two decades in Arizona real estate. He started as a Realtor in 2004, and when the 2008 crash hit, he began buying bank-owned properties — teaching himself to fix and flip, then to build new from the ground up. That path, from listing homes to constructing them, is the foundation of how SOKO works today.
Kris co-founded SOKO Designs with his wife, Stacey, with plenty of help from their boys, Ethan and David. Running the design side gives the family the control to create the right project, for the right client, at the right price — and to stand behind every build. Born and raised in Arizona, Kris builds for his neighbors the way he'd build for his own family.
Away from the job site, Kris and his family love to travel — and he's happiest underwater, scuba diving.
